Within Australia   

Most items are shipped using Australia Post, with some small items sent at no cost.

Occasionally I will use a Courier, please contact me if you would prefer me not to do so when you place your order.

Shipping will be calculated at Checkout, you will be able to see the cost before you pay. If you live in Victoria, you will have the option to select Pick up – please ensure you are actually able to pick up from Carrum Downs in Victoria before selecting this option.

Any order incurring a shipping cost will have tracking, with details uploaded to your order.

Some items which are light-weight are unfortunately bulky and will still be sent as a parcel (eg Clover thimbles or the bias tape makers). The following is a guide – you will be charged for shipping based on the largest/heaviest item in your order.

Small items will be sent in Australia Post tracked envelopes, which range from $6 to $9 (depending on size).

Parcels under 500g are $11.

Parcels from 501g to 2kg are $18.

Large parcels (over 2kg) are $25.

Free Shipping conditions: Full Bolts of fabric, and pre-cut batting are both excluded from the free shipping offer. The full roll of batting IS sent Free – making it an even more economical way to buy your batting.

If the shipping cost is substantially less than what you have paid, you will be refunded the difference.

And don’t forget – spend $150 to get free shipping (except for the fabric & pre-cut batting)!

If the amount you have been automatically invoiced is not consistent with the current rate I will be in touch to work out a solution.
